I keep project-related emails and files for as long as needed to support our working relationship — or for up to 7 years, to meet legal and business record-keeping requirements.

I only share client work publicly (e.g. on my portfolio or social media) when:

You’ve provided a testimonial,
You’ve agreed to this as part of our working terms (outlined in your contract), or
